In April 2014, the Regional Plan Association (America’s oldest independent urban research and advocacy organization) held its annual assembly in New York. The RPA is currently developing its fourth regional plan for the New York metropolitan area. Greg is co-Chair of an international advisory committee which is providing the RPA with insights and advice on the fourth plan, based on experiences from other global cities. In this capacity he was invited to speak at the Assembly, and to reflect on the committee’s thoughts and ideas on regional planning in New York. Greg’s presentation begins after 16 minutes.
