The Business of Cities worked with the Committee for Adelaide and partners across business, government and academia to help shape the city’s next chapter of growth. Building on our earlier benchmarking work, we developed the 2025 edition of Benchmarking Adelaide, providing a clear and internationally grounded evidence base on Adelaide’s performance, perception and global competitiveness. The work supports leaders to align around shared priorities, strengthen Adelaide’s investment story, and use comparative insights to guide strategy, collaboration and advocacy across the region.
